McDonald Carano Wilson's statewide Tax Planning Practice Group has decades of experience in taxation law and planning for high net-worth individuals, business owners, and public and private charities. Using available resources such as wills, trusts and other vehicles, the group offers custom-tailored estate planning and tax savings strategies to maximize assets under federal and state tax laws.
The Group is composed of a team of attorneys, all of whom have L.L.M. or Master Degrees in taxation and estate planning, and two of the lawyers are licensed certified public accountants. Members of the Group are also recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Chambers (USA) and Super Lawyers, and are "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell.
The Group has access to the latest and most extensive tax, business planning, and estate planning libraries and resources available, and employs accepted technology in its practice area. Lawyers in the group average over forty (40) hours of continuing education a year to maintain their expertise in its dynamic practice area, and regularly attend the leading conferences in the practice area across the country.
