An associate in the firm's Las Vegas office, Mr. Stoft works primarily in the areas of real estate, commercial, corporate and general civil litigation.
Stoft earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ Boyd School of Law where he graduated cum laude and was president of the Student Bar Association. Stoft earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance with a minor in mathematics from the University of Arizona. While attending the University of Arizona, Stoft was named a Blue Key Honorary, an academic, service and social-based honorary.
Before joining McDonald Carano Wilson LLP, Stoft was a judicial extern for the 8th Judicial District Court of Nevada. His experience includes observing and analyzing commercial litigation, researching commercial law and preparing bench briefs for the Court’s consideration.
