McDonald Carano Wilson’s Government Affairs Division consists of lawyers and other professionals who work with elected and appointed officials and other policy makers throughout the state. The firm is active in legislative halls and provides a strong and very successful combination of legal and advocacy skills at all levels of government.
SIERRA CORPORATE SERVICES
Sierra Corporate Services, our affiliated entity, provides Resident Agent services and assists clients in their dealings with the Nevada Secretary of State and other state and local offices dealing with business entities. Additionally, Sierra Corporate Services provides escrow services for our clients.
